Entertainment System

We started with a blank wall and a big idea. The client requested an entertainment system with lots of room for books, board games, and sound equipment.

β€œI want to see the books, but hide all the other stuff.”

1. The Plan

  • We usually opt for 16-24” wide shelves, but considering the large library of books we extended them to 36”

  • The middle section measurements were determined by TV size

  • Closed cabinets and drawers at the bottom to hide unwanted items

2. Before

  • An empty wall that looks uninviting.

  • The black shelves make the items look cluttered.

3.After

  • The new installation adds depth to the room

  • An elegant way to organize books and plants

  • Hide unwanted items out of sight
